When violent crime threatens our
neighborhoods, justice delayed is justice denied. Laura Beth Fossett has sent
more than a decade fighting for victims, putting dangerous criminals behind
bars, and keeping Lubbock safe.
As Judge, she will bring that same
no-nonsense approach to the bench. She will work tirelessly to clear case
backlogs, deliver swift and fair verdicts, and protect every family in Lubbock
County.
Laura Beth grew up in Daingerfield, Texas, where she learned that hard work and accountability matter. She earned her J.D. and M.B.A. from Texas Tech University and immediately dedicated herself to public service.
For 13 years, she has been a relentless advocate for victims as a prosecutor. She has taken on the toughest cases and fought for justice.
